I can understand them not wanting to fix every users game of course, many issues will be down to the user. I've been using GG since it was released and have always had this issue. This is often impossible, as the issues are caused by a non-simple map. As is, we get asked to send a simple map to demonstrate issues. They should pay more attention to people making games with it and work with them to fix the more obscure issues. They make a demo and are done, when in all honesty the worst bugs are found in the details. I think one of the big issues with GG, is that the devs don't actually try to make a game with it. Quick look at GG seems fine here, but I know from experience that means nothing.
